摘要
石墨烯是一种二维片层纳米材料,因其本身极佳的隔绝防腐性能、高发射率、高热导率、高导电性能在防腐、导热领域应用广泛。本文简述了通过量子点锚定分散技术制备低成本高稳定性石墨烯的方法。石墨烯应用于无机耐高温涂层领域,提升了涂层的防腐、导热性能,实现电厂高温受热面防腐增效的目的。在海洋重防腐领域,石墨烯的添加节约了不可再生资源锌粉的用量,增强了涂层内部锌粉利用率,延长涂层阴极保护时间。
Graphene is a two-dimensional layered nanomaterial widely used in the fields of corrosion prevention and thermal conductivity due to its excellent insulation and anti-corrosion properties,high emissivity,high thermal conductivity,and high conductivity.The method of preparing low-cost and highly stable graphene through quantum dot anchoring dispersion technology was briefly described.Graphene was applied in the field of inorganic high-temperature resistant coatings,improving the anti-corrosion and thermal conductivity of the coatings,and achieving the goal of enhancing the anti-corrosion efficiency of high-temperature heating surfaces in power plants.In the field of marine heavy corrosion protection,the addition of graphene saved the amount of non renewable zinc powder,enhanced the utilization rate of zinc powder inside the coating,and prolonged the cathodic protection time of the coating.
