摘要
有机化学课程以培养学生的工程思维、创新思维、解决实际工程问题的能力为目标。结合前沿科学课题,将有机化学学科研成果优势转化为教学优势,融入近几年研究热度较高的科研课题“新型荧光探针的设计和应用”的新兴分析技术到本科教学实践中。针对近红外荧光探针分子喹啉季铵盐(DCQN)的合成,构建高信背比、高特异性、超灵敏和快速无损检测原位激活型近红外(NIR)荧光探针DCQN,避免食品样品背景荧光的干扰,用于检测食品中HSO~-_3的光谱变化及反应机理的研究,有效提升了学生有机化学课程专业能力与科学素养,激发学生的课程学习热情和专业科研能力的全新教学模式,为相关领域输送优秀的有机化学人才奠定坚实的基础,同时为有机化学的教学改革与实践探索开辟新途径。为实现课程的全方位育人与育才提供保障,同时推动了有机化学一流学科专业建设。
Organic Chemistry program aims to cultivate students engineering thinking,innovative thinking,and the ability to solve practical engineering problems.Combined with the cutting-edge scientific topics,the course transforms the advantages of the scientific research results of Organic Chemistry into the teaching advantages,and integrates the emerging analytical technology of the design and application of new fluorescent probes,which is a highly researched scientific research topic in recent years,into the practice of undergraduate teaching.For the synthesis of near-infrared fluorescent probe molecule quinoline quaternary ammonium salt(DCQN),a high confidence to back ratio,high specificity,ultra-sensitive and rapid non-destructive detection of in-situ activated near-infrared(NIR)fluorescent probe DCQN was constructed,to avoid the interference of the background fluorescence of the food samples,it was used for the detection of the spectral changes in the food of the HSO-3 and the mechanism of the reaction,which effectively enhanced students professional competence of organic chemistry and scientific literacy,and stimulated students curriculum professional ability and scientific literacy.It is a brand-new teaching mode to effectively improve students professional ability and scientific literacy in Organic Chemistry course,stimulate students enthusiasm for course learning and professional scientific research ability,lay a solid foundation for delivering excellent Organic Chemistry talents in related fields,and open up new ways for the teaching reform and practice exploration of Organic Chemistry.At the same time,new ways was opened up to explore the teaching reform and practice of organic chemistry.A guarantee was provided for the realization of all-round cultivation of people and talents in the course to promotes the construction of first-class disciplines and specialties in organic chemistry.
