摘要
油田三次开采后,华北油田第四采油厂部分油井含水变高,管线腐蚀程度增加,使用寿命缩短。本文针对上述情况对现场缓蚀剂进行筛选,选取现场六口井(42-31、42-43、京502、京509、京330、京270)采出水对七种咪唑啉类缓蚀剂(JA02、JA05、JA08、DF-01、DF-03、D、F)进行缓蚀效果对比实验,对缓蚀剂加药量(30、50、100 mg/L)进行筛选对比。最终,缓蚀剂JA05与现场同等加药量100 mg/L相比,缓蚀效果突出,进一步降低加药量至50 mg/L时,其缓蚀率及腐蚀速率均能满足现场要求,因此,缓蚀剂JA05可作为现场药剂节约成本的备选药剂。
Due to the expansion of oilfield exploitation,the water content of some oil wells in the fourth oil production plant of Huabei Oilfield has become higher,the pipeline corrosion is serious,and the service life of the pipeline is shortened.In this paper,the produced water from six wells(42-31、42-43、J502、J509、J330、J270)was selected to carry out the contrast experiment of corrosion inhibition effect and the screening experiment of dosage(30、50、100 mg/L)of seven imidazoline inhibitors(JA02、JA05、JA08、DF-01、DF-03、D、F).The inhibition effect of JA05 is the best when the dosage is 100 mg/L.When the dosage of inhibitor JA05 is 50 mg/L,the corrosion inhibition rate and corrosion rate can meet the field requirements.The corrosion inhibitor JA05 can be used as an alternative agent to save cost.
