摘要
目前,我国房地产行业呈下行趋势,建筑工程项目竞争压力、施工难度增加,为建筑工程类企业和行业带来了巨大挑战。建筑工程具有多样性、复杂性、长期性、风险性等特点,为保证未来建筑工程类企业的核心竞争力,有研究者提出了“未来工厂”的概念。基于此,本文阐述了未来工厂概念的逻辑框架,根据建筑工程的行业特点,提出了覆盖工程管理全流程的“智慧工地”工程管理平台系统的整体架构与技术路径,旨在为建筑工程类企业的未来发展提供思路。
At present,the real estate industry in China is showing a downward trend,with increasing competition pressure and construction difficulty in construction projects,posing huge challenges for construction enterprises and industries.The construction project has characteristics such as diversity,complexity,long-term nature,and risk.In order to ensure the core competitiveness of future construction enterprises,the concept of"future factory"has been proposed.Based on this,this article elaborates on the logical framework of the concept of future factories,and proposes the overall architecture and technical path of a"smart construction site"engineering management platform system that covers the entire process of engineering management according to the characteristics of the construction industry.The aim is to provide ideas for the future development of construction engineering enterprises.
