关于国有企业干部人事档案审核问题与应对策略

摘要 国有企业干部人事档案是反映干部个人政治品质、学习工作经历、专业素养、工作作风、工作实绩以及家庭状况、社会关系等情况的历史记录材料,是教育培养、选拔任用、管理监督干部和评鉴人才的重要基础。随着全面从严治党的深入实施,国有企业对干部人事档案审核的要求日益严格。基于此,本文研究了国有企业干部人事档案审核问题与应对策略,对提升干部人事档案管理水平、确保干部信息的真实性和准确性、促进国有企业健康发展具有重要意义。 The personnel files of state-owned enterprise cadres are historical records that reflect their personal political qualities,learning and work experience,professional competence,work style,work achievements,family status,social relationships,and other situations.They are an important foundation for educating,selecting,appointing,managing and supervising cadres,and evaluating talents.With the deepening implementation of strict governance of the Party,state-owned enterprises have increasingly strict requirements for the review of personnel files of cadres.Based on this,this article studies the issues and strategies for reviewing personnel files of state-owned enterprise cadres,which is of great significance for improving the management level of personnel files of cadres,ensuring the authenticity and accuracy of cadre information,and promoting the healthy development of state-owned enterprises.
