The pilot of empowerment reform has opened up an unprecedented new situation to break through the policy and institutional bottlenecks in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,promote the enthusiasm of scientific researchers for innovation and entrepreneurship,and promote the deep integration of technology and economy.Various universities have produced a number of typical empowerment cases,forming a replicable and promotable empowerment model.This article analyzes specific empowerment cases in various universities and points out the problems and challenges that university achievement transformation management will face.It is urgent for universities to improve their internal achievement transformation management and operational rules.Through continuous exploration and practice,universities can provide researchers with an entrepreneurial environment that is both compliant with regulations and full of opportunities,thereby promoting technological innovation and socio-economic development.
