转设背景下应用型本科高校科技创新体系建设的困境与策略思考

独立学院作为我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分,“转设”是其近年的重要任务之一。要进一步发挥转设高校的各项职能,其科技创新体系的建设尤为重要,增强高校科技创新体系建设对完善国家创新体系、服务地方社会经济发展以及高校自身高质量发展具有重要意义。独立学院转设而来的应用型本科高校在构建其科技创新体系时存在学科建设薄弱、人才队伍建设乏力和科技成果转化不足等问题。转设高校需要逐步优化学科建设体系、不断完善科研团队建设、持续加强成果培育与转化以健全科技创新体系建设。

As an important component of China's higher education system,the establishment of independent colleges has been one of its important tasks in recent years.To further leverage the various functions of transferred universities,the construction of their scientific and technological innovation system is particularly important.Strengthening the construction of the scientific and technological innovation system in universities is of great significance for improving the national innovation system,serving local socio-economic development,and promoting the high-quality development of universities.The applied undergraduate universities transformed from independent colleges face problems such as weak discipline construction,weak talent team construction,and insufficient transformation of scientific and technological achievements in constructing their scientific and technological innovation system.To establish a new university,it is necessary to gradually optimize the disciplinary construction system,continuously improve the construction of scientific research teams,and continuously strengthen the cultivation and transformation of achievements in order to improve the construction of the scientific and technological innovation system.
