基于赛教融合的“园林工程与施工”课程教学模式改革探索

赛教融合是职业教育教学改革的一种新途径,赛教融合将课程建设、人才培养与技能竞赛相结合,通过以赛促教、以赛促改,培养满足企业需求的高质量新型技能人才。本文基于赛教融合理念,对“园林工程与施工”课程进行了教学改革探究,分析了课程的定位与性质、以往教学中的不足,以成果为导向,优化了教学方案,通过课程教学改革实践,“园林工程与施工”课程取得了良好的教学效果,提升了学生的理论基础、技能水平和职业素养。

The integration of competition and education is a new approach to vocational education and teaching reform.The integration of competition and education combines curriculum construction,talent cultivation,and skill competitions,and cultivates high-quality new skilled talents that meet the needs of enterprises through promoting education and reform through competition.This article is based on the concept of integrating competition and education,and explores the teaching reform of the course"Landscape Engineering and Construction".It analyzes the positioning and nature of the course,the shortcomings in previous teaching,and results oriented optimization of the teaching plan.Through the integration of competition and education and the integration of ideological and political elements into the course,teaching implementation has been carried out.Through the practice of course teaching reform,good teaching results have been achieved,improving students'theoretical foundation,skill level,and professional literacy.
