摘要
师范生作为教师队伍的后备力量,未来肩负着培育社会主义建设者和接班人的重要使命。近年来,国家大力提倡劳动教育,这对高校人才培养提出了新要求。新时代劳动教育背景下,为高校师范生的培育工作树立了新的目标取向,高校应以劳动教育促推师范生角色认同、价值认同、能力提升。通过优化机制建设、改进课程体系、开展实践活动等方式,将劳动教育贯穿师范生培育的全过程,切实提升师范生培养质量,实现师范生的全面发展,为国家教育事业发展提供有生力量。
As the reserve force of the teaching staff,normal students bear the important mission of cultivating socialist builders and successors in the future.In recent years,the country has vigorously promoted labor education,which has put forward new requirements for talent cultivation in universities.In the new era,under the background of labor education,the cultivation of normal university students has established a new goal orientation.Universities should promote the role recognition,value recognition,and ability enhancement of normal university students through labor education.By optimizing mechanism construction,improving curriculum system,and carrying out practical activities,labor education is integrated into the entire process of cultivating normal students,effectively improving the quality of normal student training,achieving comprehensive development of normal students,and providing a living force for the development of national education.
