甘油三酯-葡萄糖指数及其相关指数与脑卒中相关性的研究进展

Research Progress on Correlation between Triglyceride-glucose Index and Its Related Indexes and Stroke

胰岛素抵抗是卒中的重要危险因素之一。甘油三酯-葡萄糖(triglyceride-glucose,TyG)指数是评估胰岛素抵抗的简便、可靠的指标。TyG指数联合身体测量指标、TyG指数长期水平及变异轨迹等相关指标与卒中发生、发展及预后相关,在优化一般人群卒中风险分层及预测卒中患者预后方面具有潜在价值。因此,本文将TyG指数及其相关指标与脑卒中相关性的研究进行综述,探讨TyG指数对脑卒中的预测价值,为其在卒中高危人群筛查及卒中患者预后评估中的应用提供参考。

Insulin resistance is one of the important risk factors for stroke.The triglyceride-glucose(TyG)index is a simple and reliable index for assessing insulin resistance.TyG index combined with body measurement indicators,long-term level and variation trajectory of TyG index are related to the occurrence,development and prognosis of stroke,it has potential value in optimizing the risk stratification of stroke in the general population and predicting the prognosis of stroke patients.Therefore,this paper reviewed the research on the correlation between TyG index and its related indexes and stroke,and discusses the predictive value of TyG index for stroke,so as to provide reference for its application in screening high-risk stroke population and evaluating the prognosis of stroke patients.
