金课视角下基础医学课程整合PBL教学法的构建与实践

摘要 以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)是现代医学教育史中第二次医学教学改革的标志性教学模式。海南医科大学通过创建基础医学课程整合PBL教学法,建立课程团队、编写教师手册和学生手册指导教学、并通过情景式教学、标准化病人等教学方法,引导学生自主学习。在PBL教学法中,通过贯彻“三全育人”的教学指导方针,培养学生“医者仁心”的情怀。通过五年的课程建设,海南医学院基础医学课程整合PBL教学法取得了阶段性成果,得到师生的认可,并取得多项教学成果。也为国内医学院校深化医学教育改革提供深入参考的医学教育改革经验。 The problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method is a landmark teaching model in the history of modern medical education.The integration of PBL teaching method in basic medical courses at Hainan Medical University has been achieved by establishing a course team,compiling teacher and student manuals to guide instruction,and employing teaching methods such as situational learning and standardized patients to facilitate students'autonomous learning.In PBL teaching,students'feelings of"being a good doctor with a heart of kindness"are cultivated through the implementation of the teaching guidance of"three-round education".Through five years of curriculum construction,the integration of PBL teaching method in basic medical courses of Hainan Medical University has achieved phased results,been recognized by teachers and students,and achieved multiple teaching achievements.It also provides in-depth reference experience for domestic medical schools to deepen medical education reform.
