摘要
目的评估基于小规模限制性网络在线课程(small private online course,SPOC)平台联合原位模拟(in situ simulation,ISS)和标准化病人(standardized patients,SP)混合教学模式在老年医学教学中的应用效果。方法选取2021年7月—2022年12月在中国科学技术大学附属第一医院老年科接受轮转的99名住培医师,随机分为试验组(n=50)和对照组(n=49)。试验组采用基于SPOC平台联合ISS和SP混合教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,比较2组住培医师的理论知识、临床技能、教学质量、教学评分、考试成绩和推荐评分。结果试验组的理论知识、临床技能、教学质量和教学评价评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组的考试成绩为(80.50±7.53)分,高于对照组[(75.88±6.11)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组的认可推荐评分为(8.66±0.75)分,高于对照组[(6.02±0.72)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论基于SPOC平台联合ISS和SP混合教学模式可提高老年医学的教学效果,提升住培医师的理论知识和临床技能水平。
Objective To assess the application efficacy of in situ simulation(ISS)and standardized patients(SP)mixed teaching model in teaching of geriatrics based on small private online course(SPOC)platform.Methods A total of 99 residents receiving rotation training in the department of geriatrics of the First Affiliated Hospital of USTC from July 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into experimental group(n=50)and control group(n=49).The experimental group was taught with the ISS and SP mixed teaching model based on SPOC platfrom,and the control group was taught with traditional teaching model.The scores of theoretical knowledge,clinical skills,teaching quality,teaching rating,subject examination score and recommendation score were compared between the two group.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,clinical skills,teaching quality and teaching rating of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.001).The subject examination score of the experimental group was(80.50±7.53)points,which was higher than that of the control group[(75.88±6.11)points],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The score of recognition and recommend of the experimental group was(8.66±0.75)points,which was higher than that of control group[(6.02±0.72)points],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of ISS and SP mixed teaching model based on SPOC platform can improve the teaching efficacy in geriatrics,enhance the residents'theoretical knowledge and clinical skills.
