摘要
上海健康医学院为医疗产品管理专业三年级学生开设的医疗器械监管法律实务课程,应用了以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)并取得显著成效。文章将从实现教学目标、推进教学进程两个方面论证应用该教学法的必要性,并立足教学实践从理论教学和实践教学两个层面介绍应用场域,进而反思提升PBL教学法应用实效的路径。一方面,应当加强PBL教学法与案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)、小组合作教学法(team-based learning,TBL)、讲授教学法(lecture-based learning,LBL)的联合,立足教学目标确定主教学法及配套实施的其他教学法;另一方面,应当加强PBL教学法与课程思政的联合,在问题提出、分析等环节做好课程思政规划,切实落实厚植法治理念、培养法治思维等教学目标。通过教学法之间的融通应用、教学法与课程思政的有机结合促进教学目标的实现。
The course of legal practice of medical device supervision is designed for third-year students majoring in medical product management at Shanghai University of Medicine&Health Sciences.Problem-based learning(PBL)has been applied and achieved significant results.This article will demonstrate the necessity of applying PBL teaching method from two aspects:achieving the teaching objectives and promoting the teaching process.Based on existing teaching practice,it will introduce the application field from both theoretical and practical teaching levels,and then reflect on the path to improve the application effectiveness.On one hand,it is necessary to strengthen the combination of PBL teaching method with case-based learning(CBL),team-based learning(TBL),and lecture-based learning(LBL).Teachers should select the main teaching method and other teaching methods according to the teaching objectives.On the other hand,it is necessary to strengthen the combination of PBL teaching method and ideological and political education.Teachers should make ideological and political education plans in raising and analyzing questions,so as to achieve the teaching objectives of fostering the concept of rule of law and cultivating the thinking mindset of rule of law and so on.Through the integrated application of teaching methods,as well as the organic combination of teaching methods and ideological and political education,the realization of teaching objectives can be facilitated.
