数字化虚拟可视技术结合“三明治”教学法在运动系统课程中的应用

摘要 目的探讨数字化虚拟可视技术结合“三明治”教学法在运动系统整合课程实习教学中的应用价值。方法选择2022年11月—2023年8月在重庆医科大学附属第一医院实习的重庆医科大学本科生84名,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各42名。对照组采用常规运动系统整合课程教学法进行实习带教。试验组采用数字化虚拟可视技术结合“三明治”教学法进行实习带教。实习结束后,分别进行理论知识考核和临床技能考核,以及无记名调查问卷调查学生和教师对于2种教学方法的满意度,并进行对比分析。结果试验组理论考核总成绩为(88.64±7.66)分,高于对照组的(82.90±8.91)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组临床技能考核总成绩为(87.74±4.10)分,高于对照组的(84.29±3.85)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组学生对于教学的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将数字化虚拟可视技术结合“三明治”教学法应用于运动系统整合课程中,可提高学生的理论及技能考核成绩和教学满意度,是一种实习带教的良好方法。 Objective To explore the application value of digital virtual visualization technology combined with"sandwich"teaching method in the internship teaching of motor system integration course.Methods A total of 84 undergraduates from Chongqing Medical University who practiced in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from November 2022 to August 2023 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 42 undergraduates in each group.The control group was taught with the conventional exercise system integration curriculum teaching method.The experimental group was taught with digital virtual visualization technology combined with"sandwich"teaching method to practice teaching.After the internship,theoretical knowledge assessment and clinical skills assessment were carried out respectively,and an anonymous questionnaire was conducted to investigate students'and teachers'satisfaction with the two teaching methods,and a comparative analysis was made.Results The total theoretical test score of experimental group was(88.64±7.66)points,which was higher than that of control group[(82.90±8.91)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of clinical skill test in experimental group was(87.74±4.10)points,which was higher than that in control group[(84.29±3.85)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The satisfaction of students in experimental group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of digital virtual visualization technology combined with"sandwich"teaching method in the course of motor system integration can improve students'theoretical and skill assessment results and teaching satisfaction,and is a good way to teach in practice.
