思维导图联合CBL教学法在血液科住培中的应用研究

摘要 目的探究思维导图联合案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)在血液科住院医师规范化培训中的有效性和可行性。方法选取2020年7月—2023年6月在徐州医科大学附属淮安医院血液科进行住院医师规范化培训的80名住培学员为研究对象,随机分为试验组(40名)和对照组(40名)。试验组采用思维导图联合CBL教学法进行培训,对照组采用传统教学方法进行培训,对2组住培学员的理论成绩、临床思维考核及教学质量评价进行对比性研究。结果试验组理论考试成绩为(91.75±3.71)分,优于对照组的(82.85±5.87)分,试验组临床思维考核成绩为(85.03±4.37)分,优于对照组的(78.40±6.25)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组对查阅学习文献能力的教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论思维导图联合CBL教学法在血液内科住院医师规范化培训带教中的应用效果较好,既能稳固住院医师的基础理论知识,同时能提高其临床思维能力,并促进整体教学满意度的提升。 Objective To explore the effectiveness and feasibility of mind mapping combined with the case-based learning(CBL)in the standardized training of hematology residents.Methods A total of 80 medical students who underwent standardized training for resident physicians in the department of hematology at Huai'an Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from July 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into an experimental group(n=40)and a control group(n=40).The experimental group was trained with the mind mapping combined with the CBL teaching method,while the control group was trained with traditional teaching methods.A comparative study was conducted on the theoretical scores,clinical thinking assessments,and teaching quality evaluations of the two groups of medical students.Results The theoretical test score of the experimental group was(91.75±3.71)points,which was better than that of the control group[(82.85±5.87)points];the clinical thinking test score of the experimental group was(85.03±4.37)points,which was better than that of the control group[(78.40±6.25)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the experimental group in terms of their ability to search and learn literature was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mind mapping combined with CBL teaching method in the teaching of standardized training for hematology residents has good effects.It not only consolidates the residents'basic theoretical knowledge,but also improves their clinical thinking abilities,and promotes the overall satisfaction of teaching.
