摘要
目的探讨3D解剖可视化软件在肘部超声教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月1日—2023年10月31日于中山大学附属第五医院超声医学科实习及住培的学生34人作为研究对象,根据随机数表法,将所有学生随机分成2组:试验组和对照组分别17名。试验组在授课中加入3D解剖可视化软件辅助教学和操作练习,对照组使用二维图谱来进行传统教学。结课后以2组学生出科考核成绩来评价教学效果,以线上问卷的形式调查所有学生对两种教学方法的满意度,以此评价2组学生教学效果满意度是否存在差异。结果试验组出科成绩为(75.00±6.72)分,高于对照组的(62.94±19.25)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组在激发学习兴趣、有利于掌握肘部解剖结构、能提高肘部肌骨超声扫查手法、对教学模式的满意和教学效果评价方面的满意度均高于对照组[88.24%vs.47.06%,94.12%vs.23.53%,82.35%vs.41.18%,88.24%vs.41.18%,88.24%vs.47.06%],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3D解剖可视化软件应用在肘部超声教学中,有利于提高学生的学习兴趣和成绩,使学生熟练掌握肘部超声的诊断。
Objective To explore the application effect of 3D anatomical visualization software in elbow ultrasound teaching.Methods A total of 34 students who practiced and stayed in the department of ultrasound medicine in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from January 1,2022 to October 31,2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the method of random number table,all the students were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group and control group,with 17 students in each group respectively.The teachers in the experimental group added 3D anatomical visualization software to assist teaching and operation practice,while the teachers in the control group used two-dimensional atlas for traditional teaching.At the end of the class,the teaching effect of the two groups was evaluated by the examination results of the two groups of students,and the satisfaction of all students to the two teaching methods was investigated by questionnaire star to evaluate the teaching effect satisfaction of the two groups of students.Results The scores of experimental group and control group were(75.00±6.72)points and(62.94±19.25)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the satisfaction scores of study interest was stimulated,the anatomical structure of the elbow was better mastered,the method of musculoskeletal ultrasound scan of the elbow was improved,the satisfaction with the teaching mode and teaching effect evaluation were higher than those of the control group[88.24%vs.47.06%,94.12%vs.23.53%,82.35%vs.41.18%,88.24%vs.41.18%,88.24%vs.47.06%],the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 3D anatomical visualization software in elbow ultrasound teaching is beneficial for improving students'learning interest and grades,and mastering the diagnosis of elbow ultrasound proficiently.
