线上线下混合式培训在血液内科护生培养中的应用效果评价

摘要 目的探讨线上线下混合式培训在血液内科护生培养中的应用效果。方法选取2017年7月—2023年4月中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院血液内科的实习护生作为研究对象。其中2017年7月—2020年12月在中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院血液内科实习的护生27名为对照组,采用常规带教方法,2021年1月—2023年4月的在医院实习的护生18名为观察组,采用线上直播授课加线下教学混合培训模式进行培训。比较2组学生的理论成绩、操作成绩、护理程序的应用,教学满意度及观察组护生的核心能力。结果观察组护生的平时作业、出科理论成绩、护理程序、基护操作及总成绩比对照组得分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护生培训前后核心能力总得分,入科时为(111.42±32.73)分,出科时为(138.58±22.95)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组护生在评判性思维、科研维度、临床护理维度、人际关系维度、法律、伦理实践的维度方面评分的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组护生在对教学的评价中,在关注学生方面的评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论线上线下混合式培训在血液内科护生全面素质培训中效果较好,有利于提高护生的理论、操作成绩及核心能力。 Objective To explore the effect of mixed training method in the nursing interns training in the department of hematology.Methods The nursing interns from the hematology department of Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University from July 2017 to April 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Nursing interns who conducted rotation practice in the department of hematology in Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University from July 2017 to December 2020 were selected and set as the control group by adopting conventional teaching methods.From January 2021 to April 2023,18 students were selected to live teaching online and offline training method and set up as an observation group.After teaching,the students of two groups were analyzed and compared with examinations,such as theoretical,operation and the application of nursing procedures,and teaching satisfaction assessments and the core competence of nursing interns in the observation group.Results The students of observation group scored higher than the control group in terms of homework,theoretical grades,nursing procedures,basic care operations,and overall grades,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of core competencies of the observation group before and after training was(111.42±32.73)points at the time of admission and(138.58±22.95)points at the time of exit,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the scores of the two groups in terms of critical thinking,scientific research,clinical nursing,interpersonal relationships,legal and ethical practices(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the evaluation of teaching between two groups of nursing students in terms of focusing on students(P<0.05).Conclusion Mixed online and offline training has a good effect in the comprehensive quality training of nursing interns,which is conducive to improving the theory,operation performance and core clinical competence.
