摘要
目前,双轨合一后口腔专业学位研究生培养出现了新的矛盾和挑战,如何实现高层次研究生培养与常规规范化培训的有机结合是首当其冲需要解决的问题。文章以浙江大学2016—2020级牙周病学专业学位研究生临床胜任力调查报告为出发点,发现双轨合一后牙周病学专业型研究生培养过程中可能存在“专业学位研究生培养掺入过多的学术研究内容”“住院医师规范化培训同化研究生教育”“专科培养时长紧缩,专业质性培养无法开展”和“医学人文素养的培养不足”等问题,提出优化口腔医学专业学位研究生培养及监管制度,为牙周病学专性教育创造可行性,实现阶梯式的专业技术培养,并通过临床研究培养学生科研思维,以研促学;同时应强化人文素质教育,完善相应的考核评价体系,以此进一步提升学生医学人文精神的培养。
At present,there are new contradictions and challenges in the cultivation of professional degrees of master graduate student of stomatology after double-track integration.How to realize the organic combination of high-level graduate cultivation and routine standardized training is the first problem to be solved.Based on the clinical competency survey report of 2016—2020 periodontology graduate students of Zhejiang University,this paper found that there may be some problems in the cultivation process of professional degrees of master graduate student of periodontology after the dual-track integration,such as“too much academic research content is mixed into the cultivation of professional degrees of master graduate student”“the standardized training of resident doctors assimilates the graduate education”“the time of specialized training is shortened,professional quality cultivation cannot be carried out”“insufficient cultivation of medical humanistic quality”.It is proposed to optimize the cultivation and supervision system of professional degrees of master graduate student of stomatology,create feasibility for specialized education in periodontology,realize stepped professional technology cultivation,and cultivate students′scientific research thinking through clinical research,so as to promote learning by research.At the same time,humanistic quality education should be strengthened,and the corresponding assessment and evaluation system should be improved,so as to further promote the cultivation of medical humanistic spirit of students.
