成长型思维影响学习过程的行为和神经反应模式:基于自我调节学习理论的视角

摘要 成长型思维指个体对自身属性可塑和提升的信念。近年来培育青少年成长型思维已成为教育热点议题。然而,智力的成长型思维及干预能否促进学业表现一直存在争议,未来研究亟需在研究视角、范式和指标上转变和突破。基于自我调节学习理论,本研究围绕成长型思维是否影响学习过程问题,采用元认知框架下的自我调节学习范式,通过行为实验、事件相关电位和功能磁共振成像实验揭示反馈学习情境下成长型思维影响学习过程的行为和神经反应模式,尝试推动该主题研究从争议不断朝着逐渐明朗的方向发展,并为青少年成长型思维的精准化培育提供实践依据。 A growth mindset refers to an individual’s belief that personal attributes,such as intelligence,can be developed and improved over time.In recent years,the cultivation of a growth mindset in adolescents has become a significant educational policy issue.However,whether growth mindset and its intervention can effectively enhance adolescents’academic performance remains a contentious topic in the field.To advance research,it is crucial to innovate in research perspectives,paradigms and evaluation methods.To address the question of“Does a growth mindset influence the learning process”,we have designed feedback-based learning situations to explore the behavioral and neural response patterns of growth mindset affecting learning process.This exploration is conducted through behavioral experiments,event-related potential(ERP)technique and functional magnetic resonance imaging(FMRI),all grounded in the theory of self-regulated learning.This study aims to move the debate from controversy to clarity and provide a practical foundation for the precise cultivation of a growth mindset in adolescents.
