地方医学高校如何将专业教育、思政教育和创新创业教育有机融入人才培养过程,建立“专-思-创”融合的创新创业教学体系,是新时代地方医学高校创新创业教育改革不断深化的迫切需求。文章主要分析应用型地方医学高校“专-思-创”融合的创新创业教育现状,提出“专-思-创”融合的创新创业教育教学体系,从深化教学改革、构建“专-思-创”融合的课程体系、“立体多元”的思政教育教学模式、创新创业教育实践平台建设、“专-思-创”融合的师资队伍建设等方面,探讨创新创业教育改革的有效途径,以期为地方医学院校创新创业教育人才培养改革提供借鉴。

How to integrate professional education,ideological and political education,and innovation and entrepreneurship education into the talent training process in local medical colleges and universities,and establish an innovation and entrepreneurship teaching system integrating“profession,ideology and politics,and innovation”is an urgent need for the deepening of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in local medical colleges and universities in the new era.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education integrating“profession,ideology and politics,and innovation”in applied local medical colleges and universities,puts forward the innovation and entrepreneurship education teaching system integrating“profession,ideology and politics,and innovation”,and discusses the effective ways of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform from aspects including deepening teaching reform,and constructing curriculum system integrating“profession,ideology and politics,and innovation”,“multi-dimensional and diversified”ideological and political education teaching mode,innovation and entrepreneurship education practice platform,as well as teaching staff integrating“profession,ideology and politics,and innovation”,so as to provide reference for the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education talent cultivation in local medical colleges and universities.
