中草药熏蒸消毒对社区全科病房空气消毒效果及患者不良反应调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Effect of Fumigation and Disinfection of Chinese Herbal Medicine on Air Disinfection and Adverse Reactions of Patients in Community General Practice Wards

目的探讨社区全科病房采取中草药熏蒸消毒的效果及患者的不良反应。方法选取2023年9月至2024年5月闵行区江川社区卫生服务中心人流量相对较大的48间基本条件相同的全科病房,根据抽签分组方式,将48间病房随机分为实验组(复方中药熏蒸组)和对照组(紫外灯消毒组),每组各24间。比较两种不同消毒方式消毒后病房的细菌菌落指数、杀菌率、患者满意度以及不良反应。结果消毒后8 h、12 h,实验组细菌菌落指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。实验组对消毒后气味、消毒后空气湿度、消毒时长、消毒方式便捷性的总满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);两组消毒操作熟练程度的总满意度对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。消毒后30 min、2 h,实验组呼吸系统、消化系统、眼部、皮肤等不良反应评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.001)。消毒后8 h、12 h,实验组杀菌率均明显高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论中草药熏蒸消毒的有效时间更长,可有效降低病房空气中的细菌菌落指数,提高杀菌率,并且可减少患者不良反应,提高患者对病房空气消毒的满意度。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of Chinese herbal medicine fumig ation disinfection in community general wards and its impact on patient adverse reactions.Methods From September 2023 to May 2024,48 general wards with similar basic conditions and high patient traffic at Jiangchuan Community Health Service Center in Minhang District were selected.The wards were randomly assigned to two groups via a draw:the experimental group(Chinese herbal medicine fumigation,n=24)and the control group(UV light disinfection,n=24).The study compared bacterial colony counts,patient satisfaction,adverse reactions,and bactericidal rates between the two disinfection methods.Results Eight and twelve hours after disinfection,the bacterial colony counts in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).The experimental group showed higher overall satisfaction with the odor after disinfection,post-disinfection air humidity,duration of disinfection,and convenience of the disinfection method compared to the control group,with significant statistical differences(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in satisfaction with disinfection operation proficiency between the two groups(P>0.05).Thirty minutes and two hours after disinfection,the experimental group had significantly lower adverse reaction scores related to the respiratory system,digestive system,eyes,and skin compared to the control group(P<0.001).The bactericidal rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group at eight and twelve hours post-disinfection(P<0.001).Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine fumigation disinfection has a longer effective duration,significantly reduces bacterial colony counts in ward air,improves bactericidal rates,and reduces the degree of patient adverse reactions,thereby increasing patient satisfaction with air disinfection in the ward.
