太赫兹噪声源研究进展

摘要 噪声源是一种产生可控(频率及功率可控)噪声的装置,是器件研发环节中的重要工具。太赫兹噪声源在太赫兹器件噪声系数测试、星载微波辐射计标定、成像和波谱分析等方面具有重要的应用。本文系统地梳理了国内外太赫兹噪声源的发展及研究近况,分析了基于热力学、电子学和光子学太赫兹噪声源的技术特点,并对其未来发展方向进行了展望。 A Noise Source(NS)is a device that generates controllable noise(with controllable frequency and power),and it is an important tool in the development process of devices.Terahertz noise sources have important applications in terahertz device noise figure testing,calibration of space-borne microwave radiometers,imaging,and spectral analysis.This article systematically reviews the development and research status of Terahertz(THz)noise sources at home and abroad,analyzes the technical characteristics of terahertz noise sources based on thermodynamics,electronics,and photonics,and looks forward to their future development directions.
