摘要
为提高桉树速生林大径材和无节材的培育质量,实现桉树速生林的机械化修枝,论述了桉树修枝的技术要求和桉树爬树修枝机的设计原则,并采用Solidworks数字化虚拟建模技术,进行了一种桉树爬树修枝机的结构设计,具有仿形抱紧和齐树干修枝的特点,将对桉树速生林的修枝机械创新研发提供借鉴和参考。
In order to improve the cultivation quality of large-diameter wood and non-node wood in fast-growing eucalyptus forest and realize mechanized pruning of fast-growing eucalyptus forest.This paper discusses the technical requirements of eucalyptus pruning and the design principles of eucalyptus climbing pruning machine,and uses Solidworks digital virtual modeling technology to design the structure of eucalyptus climbing pruning machine.The structure of the machine has the characteristics of copying and hugging and pruning the trunk,which will provide reference for the innovative research and development of pruning machinery for fast-growing eucalyptus forests.
