摘要
本文依据GB/T15000.3-2023《标准样品工作导则第3部分:标准样品定值和均匀性与稳定性评估》研制钻井液用重晶石粉密度标准样品,重点介绍标准样品的制备、均匀性、稳定性评价、赋值、不确定度评估等研发过程。研制的重晶石粉密度标准样品具有良好的均匀性及稳定性,标准值为4.228g/cm^(3)、扩展不确定度为0.005g/cm^(3)。该标准样品的研制成功填补了国内油田化学剂领域一直没有标准样品的空白,对油化剂检测领域开展标准样品的研制、比对及验证工作具有里程碑的意义。
The barite powder density reference material was developed according to GB/T 15000.3-2023,Directives for the work of reference materials,Part 3:Reference materials-Characterization and assessment of homogeneity and stability,IDT.The preparation,homogeneity and stability test,property value,uncertainty evaluation and other research and development process of the reference material was focused in this paper.The barite powder density reference material has good uniformity and stability,the standard value is 4.228g/cm^(3),and the extended uncertainty is 0.005g/cm^(3).The successful development of the reference material fills the gap of no reference material in the field of oil field chemical agent in China,and has milestone significance for the development,comparison,and validation of reference material in oilfield chemistry testing area.
