摘要
可持续发展已成为新时代城市发展的重要目标。本文将韧性城市建设与生态城市建设统一进行考量,综合运用熵值法、GIS空间分析法和耦合协调度模型,以2005、2010、2015和2020年为时间节点,分析了湖南省14个市州的人居环境韧性建设与生态城市建设水平、时空演化特征及其影响因素,以及湖南省各城市人居环境韧性与生态城市建设的现状、挑战及其耦合协调关系,并对其可持续发展策略提出相关建议。研究表明:湖南省各市州人居环境韧性和生态城市的建设水平均不断上升但位序变化不明显,长沙呈明显的首位优势;两者在空间上呈以长株潭为核心辐射带动湘西欠发达地区的演变格局;两者的耦合协调度均有不同程度的上升。
Sustainable development has become an important goal of urban development in the new era.In this paper,the construction of resilient cities and the construction of eco-cities are considered in a unified way,and the entropy method,GIS spatial analysis method and coupling coordination degree model are comprehensively used to analyze the level,spatial and temporal evolution characteristics and influencing factors of human settlements resilience construction and eco-city construction in 14 prefecture-level administrative divisions of Hunan Province in 2005,2010,2015 and 2020.On this basis,the current situation,challenges and coupling coordination relationship between human settlements resilience and eco-city construction in cities of Hunan Province are comprehensively analyzed,and relevant suggestions are put forward for their sustainable development strategies.The research shows that the resilience of human settlements environment and the construction level of eco-city in various cities and prefectures of Hunan Province are rising,but the sequence change is not obvious,and Changsha has obvious first advantage.In space,the two show the evolution pattern of Chang-Zhu-Tan as the core radiation driving the underdeveloped areas in the western regions of Hunan.The coupling coordination degree of the two has increased to varying degrees.
