摘要
用聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚物、丙烯酸酯单体、光引发剂和气相二氧化硅按一定比例共混制备出紫外光固化胶黏剂,着重研究了不同气相二氧化硅填料的加入对黏度的影响,以及在中性和酸性条件下的长期黏度稳定性。研究发现:在中性条件下赢创AEROSIL VP NK2000表现出较好的稳定性,在酸性条件下赢创AEROSIL R805表现出较好的稳定性。此外,还发现三辊研磨比高速分散更有利于黏度的稳定。
UV curable adhesive was prepared by PUA,acrylate monomer,photoinitiator and fumed silica fillers in a certain proportion.The effects of different fumed silica fillers on viscosity and long-term viscosity stability in neutral and acid conditions were emphatically studied.The study found that Evonik AEROSIL VP NK2000 showed good stability under neutral conditions,and Evonik AEROSIL R805 showed good stability under acid conditions.In addition,it was found that three roller grinding was more conducive to viscosity stability than high-speed dispersion.
