摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,电网基建工程项目的重要性日益凸显。然而,传统管理模式在应对项目规模扩大、技术复杂化等方面存在诸多问题,导致项目效率低下、成本超支和质量不稳定。基于此,文章针对电网基建工程项目的现状与挑战,提出了精益管理模式的创新思路,并对其实施效果进行评估,以期提高项目管理效率、降低成本和提升质量,为电网基建工程项目的高效管理提供理论支持和实践指导。
With the rapid development of the social economy,the importance of power grid infrastructure projects has become increasingly prominent.However,traditional management models face numerous problems in coping with the expansion of project scale and technological complexity,resulting in low project efficiency,cost overruns and unstable quality.In response to these challenges,this paper addresses the current situation of power grid infrastructure projects by proposing innovative ideas for lean management models and evaluating their implementation effects,to improve the efficiency of project management,reduce costs and enhance quality,and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the efficient management of powergrid infrastructure projects.
