基于仿真的核级水冷冷水机控制程序验证方法

摘要 在某三代核电建设过程中,其核级水冷冷水机控制系统首次实现了由核级数字化仪控系统(DCS)代替原有的PLC控制系统,满足了三代核电FC2B类功能需求。为了突破因不同平台间平台特性、组态方式及控制时序的限制,需要验证其平台转换后控制程序转换效果及其契合度,以确保转换后的控制程序能够满足现场控制需求。本文以转换后的控制程序为研究对象,利用核级DCS平台内置仿真调试功能,在转换后控制程序基础上扩展仿真调试功能需求,通过模拟仿真的方式实现对控制程序的功能验证。这一方法能提前验证控制程序的正确性,可指导工程设计及现场调试人员提前识别控制程序设计缺陷和控制功能优化,在节约生产成本、提高核电设备安全性及可使用性等方面成果显著,也为其它有类似功能需求的控制系统提供了重要的借鉴意义。 During the construction of a third-generation nuclear power plant,the nuclear level water-cooled chiller control system is replaced by the nuclear level digital instrument control system(DcS)instead of the original PLC control system for the first time to meet the functional requirements of the third-generation nuclear power plant fc2b.To overcome the limitation of platform characteristics,configuration mode and control time sequence between different platforms,verify the conversion effect of control program after platform conversion and its consistency,and ensure that the converted control program can meet the field control requirements.This paper takes the converted control program as the research object,utilizes the built-in simulation debugging function of the nuclear-grade DcS platform,expands the requirements of simulation debugging function on the basis of the converted control program,and realizes the function verification of the control program through simulation.This method can verify the correctness of control program in advance,guide engineering design and field debugging personnel to identify control program design defects and control function optimization in advance,and achieve remarkable results in saving production costs,improving the safety and usability of nuclear power equipment,and provide important reference for other control systems with similar functional requirements.
