核电站OWP盘台结构参数化设计方法研究

摘要 不同核电项目主控室OWP盘台结构形式相同而尺寸各异。根据这一特点,本文针对不同需求手动修改相关尺寸效率低下、质量不高和风格各异的问题,研究了OWP盘台结构参数化设计方法。本文首先通过对相关人因设计标准的研究及对OWP盘台自身特点的分析,将其结构深度尺寸、高度尺寸、宽度尺寸及角度尺寸设置为驱动参数;其次在建模过程中通过合理的建模方法、创建必要关系、修改相关程序,将零件特征和组件装配与驱动参数产生关联;最后根据实际需求输入相应参数,可自动生成对应尺寸的OWP盘台。核电站主控室OWP盘台结构参数化设计一劳永逸,应用在定制化OWP盘台结构设计过程中具有事半功倍的效果。 The OWP(Operator Work Position)structure in the main control room of different nuclear power projects shares the same structural form but varies in size.According to this feature,the structure parametric design method of OWP was studied to solve the problems of low efficiency,low quality and different styles in manually modifying the relevant dimensions for diffrerent needs.Through the study of related human factor design standards and the analysis of OWP characteristics,the depth dimension,height dimension,width dimension and angle dimension were set as driving parameters.The part festures and component assembly were associated with the driving parameters by using reasonable modeling method and creating necessary relationships and modifying the relevant programs in the process of modeling.Ultimately the OWP with corresponding size was generated automatically when the corresponding parameters were entered according to the actual requirements.It is once for all that the Owp in the main control room of the nuclear power plant is designed parametricalloy.Especially it has the effect of twice the result with half the effort for the customized structure design of OWP.
