摘要
为提高醇酸树脂在高温环境下的热稳定性和耐水性,以甲基三乙氧基硅烷、苯基三乙氧基硅烷、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷和硼酸为原料制备了含硼硅树脂(BSR),将BSR加入醇酸树脂中制得含硼有机硅改性醇酸树脂(ABSR)。对不同组成的ABSR涂层的耐热性、耐水性、机械性能以及抗腐蚀性能进行了表征。结果表明,ABSR热失重10%时的温度可达324℃,比醇酸树脂高16℃,700℃时的残炭率也比醇酸树脂显著增加。由于含硼有机硅的引入,ABSR涂层硬度可达3H,其耐水性也得到显著提升。此外,电化学阻抗谱研究结果显示,具有ABSR涂层的碳钢在低频下的阻抗模接近10^(4)数量级,表明所制备的含硼有机硅改性醇酸树脂在高温涂料领域具有较大的应用潜力。
To improve the thermal stability and water resistance of alkyd resin(AR)in high-temperature,boron-containing silicone resin(BSR)was prepared with triethoxymethylsilane,triethoxyphenylsilane,diethyldimethylsilane,and boric acid as the raw materials.Then BSR was added to alkyd resin to prepare alkyd boron-containing silicone resin(ABSR).The heat resistance,water resistance,mechanical property,and corrosion resistance of ABSR coating with different compositions were characterized.The results show that the temperature of ABSR at a thermal weight loss of 10%can reach 324℃,which is 16℃higher than that of AR,and the residual weight at 700℃also significantly increases.The introduction of boron-containing silicone improves the hardness of ABSR coating up to 3H,so does the water resistance improve.In addition,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy research shows that the impedance modulus of carbon steel coated with ABSR at low frequency closes to the order of 10^(4).The prepared ABSR has great potential in the application of high-temperature coating.
