摘要
本文通过动态流变学测试,重点研究了气相白炭黑/炭黑并用对胶料物理机械性能、拉伸永久变形、体积电阻率和流变行为的影响。结果表明,在保持填料总用量不变的情况下,气相白炭黑/炭黑用量会显著影响胶料的物理机械性能;同时还会显著影响胶料的流变行为,表现出显著的“Payne效应”。随着应变的增加,胶料的储能模量呈数量级式的下降。当炭黑填充量为10 g时,形成稳定的导电通路。
The paper studied the influence of fumed silica/carbon black blends on the physical and mechanical properties,tensile permanent set,volume resistivity and rheological behavior of the rubber by the dynamic rheological test.The results show that the amount of fumed silica/carbon black will significantly affect the mechanical properties of the rubber under a fixed total amount of filler.At the same time,it also greatly influences the rheological behavior of the rubber,showing a significant Payne effect.With the increase of strain,the storage modulus of the rubber decreases in an order of magnitude.A stable conductive path is formed when the carbon black is 10 g.
