摘要
高纯八甲基环四硅氧烷(D_(4))是制造光纤预制棒、中低介电常数集成电路薄膜的基础原料之一。随着国内5G、物联网、工业及军事现代化的逐步推进,高纯D_(4)已然成为国家战略性新材料。文中介绍了D_(4)的主要生产过程,综述了高纯D_(4)的制备方法,包括吸附精馏、络合精馏、蒸馏萃取、结晶精馏等方法。最后,展望了高纯D_(4)制备技术的发展趋势。
High purity octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane(D_(4))is one of the basic raw materials in the production of optical fiber preforms and integrated circuit films with low-medium dielectric constant.With the development of 5G,internet of things,industrial and military modernization in China,high-purity D_(4)has become a national strategic new material.This paper outlines the process of D_(4),and summarizes the preparation of high-purity D_(4),including adsorption distillation,complex distillation,distillation extraction and crystallization distillation.Finally,the future development of preparation technology for high purity D_(4)is prospected.
