摘要
为实现铁路局集团公司管理(简称:局管)建设项目与既有统建信息管理模式的融合,结合北京局集团有限公司(简称:北京局)工程管理需求,依托铁路工程管理平台的既有架构和基础数据,设计并研发了北京局工程管理平台V1.0,实现北京局建设管理项目投资、进度、安全、质量等信息高效共享和数据动态集成管理功能。该平台为工程建设项目的集约化管理、动态化集成、数字化分析提供应用工具,进一步推动了局管建设项目的数字化转型和智能化升级。
In order to implement the integration of construction projects managed by the Railway Group Companies(referred to as bureau managed)with the existing unified construction information management mode,this paper combined the engineering management needs of China Railway Beijing Group Co.Ltd.(referred to as Beijing Bureau),and relied on the existing architecture and basic data of the railway engineering management platform to design and develop the Beijing Bureau Engineering Management Platform V1.0.It implemented the efficient sharing and data dynamic integration management of investment,progress,safety,quality and other information for Beijing Bureau construction management projects.This platform provides application tools for intensive management,dynamic integration,and digital analysis of engineering construction projects,further promotes the digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of bureau managed construction projects.
