摘要
随着信息技术的发展,新一代铁路运输调度系统应运而生。文章介绍中国铁路运输调度指挥平台的建设原则和“1+3+N”应用体系;提出强化数据集中、业务集中、公共服务,以及继承发展、分步实施的实施策略;阐明指挥平台具体实践内容,包括搭建平台门户、打造数据中台、构建业务中台、研发客运调度应用等;指出该指挥平台建设的相关启示。研究结果对铁路运输调度指挥高质量发展具有重要意义。
With the development of information technology,a new generation of railway transportation dispatching system has emerged.This paper introduced the construction principles and"1+3+N"application system of China's railway transportation dispatching and command platform,and proposed implementation strategies to strengthen data centralization,business centralization,public services,as well as inheritance and development,and step-by-step implementation.It elaborated on the specific practical content of this command platform,including building a platform portal,creating a data middle platform,and building a business middle platform,and developing passenger dispatching applications,etc.,pointed out the relevant inspirations for the construction of the command platform.The research results are of great significance for the high-quality development of railway transportation dispatching and command.
