摘要
脑梗死后运动功能的重建是康复领域的重点与难点。现有研究证明,针刺能有效改善脑梗死后运动功能障碍,但具体机制尚不明确。随着脑科学“黄金时代”的到来,多模态MRI技术已被广泛地应用于针刺的中枢效应机制研究,无创观察针刺对大脑结构与功能的变化成为了可能。本研究从结构、功能与网络3个方面总结了脑梗死患者MRI成像下的针刺效应研究,以阐明脑梗死患者运动功能重建与大脑可塑性的关系,并总结分析对现有的研究提出存在的问题与未来解决的方向,助力针刺神经影像学的进一步发展。
Reconstruction of motor function after cerebral infarction is a focus and challenging area in the field of rehabilitation.Existing studies have demonstrated that acupuncture can effectively improve motor dysfunction following cerebral infarction,but the specific mechanisms remain unclear.With the advent of the‘golden age’of brain science,multimodal MRI technology has been widely applied to study the central effects of acupuncture,making it possible to non-invasively observe changes in brain structure and function due to acupuncture.This study reviews the effects of acupuncture on cerebral infarction patients as observed through MRI imaging from three perspectives:structure,function,and networks.It explores the relationship between motor function reconstruction and brain plasticity in cerebral infarction patients.Furthermore,it analyzes and summarizes the issues present in current research and suggests future directions for resolution,thereby aiding the further development of acupuncture neuroimaging.
