Impact of livelihood capital on low-carbon transformation of rural household energy consumption

为实现农村生活能源低碳转型和落实碳达峰碳中和目标,利用陕豫2018年和2021年专项田野调查数据,深入剖析生计资本对农村家庭能源消费低碳转型的影响。首先构建生计资本指标体系,运用Ologit模型分析生计资本对家庭能源消费低碳转型的影响,并进行稳健性检验;然后引入生计策略和低碳认知变量,深入探究其在生计资本对家庭能源消费低碳转型影响中的作用。结果表明:人力资本、物质资本、金融资本和社会资本显著促进家庭能源消费低碳转型,自然资本对家庭能源消费低碳转型有显著负向影响;生计策略在人力资本、自然资本和金融资本对家庭能源消费低碳转型的影响中发挥中介作用;人力资本、金融资本和社会资本对家庭能源消费低碳转型的影响受到农户低碳认知的调节作用。因此,需兼顾农户家庭生计和能源消费低碳转型共同发展,树立农户绿色低碳意识和生态文明理念,加强发展低碳能源技术,切实保障农村能源全面低碳化转型。

In order to realize the low-carbon transformation of rural household energy and implement the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutralization,an in-depth analysis has been made of the impacts of livelihood capital on the low-carbon transformation of rural household energy consumption based on the special field survey data of Shaanxi and Henan in 2018 and 2021.Firstly,the index system of livelihood capital is constructed,and the Ologit model is used to analyze the impact of livelihood capital on the low-carbon transformation of household energy consumption and to test its robustness.Secondly,the livelihood strategy and low-carbon cognition variables are introduced to explore their roles in the impact of livelihood capital on the low-carbon transformation of household energy consumption.The results show that:The human capital,physical capital,financial capital and social capital significantly promote the low-carbon transformation of rural household energy consumption,while natural capital has a prounouced and negative impact on the low-carbon transformation of household energy consumption.Livelihood strategy plays a mediating role in the impact of human capital,natural capital and financial capital on the low-carbon transformation.The impacts of human capital,financial capital and social capital on the low-carbon transformation of household energy consumption are moderated by farmers’low-carbon cognition.Therefore,consistent with the common development of farmers’livelihood and low-carbon transformation of energy consumption,the farmers’awarance of green low carbon,and concept of ecological civilization must be established and the low-carbon energy technologies be developed farther to guarantee low-carbon transformation of rural energy.
