中国式现代化视域下职业教育“赛教+双创”融合教学模式构建

The Construction of the Integrated Teaching Mode of“Competition and Education+Entrepreneurship and Innovation”in Vocational Education from the Perspective of Chinese-style Modernization

在全面推进“大众创业,万众创新”战略背景下,职业教育“赛教+双创”融合教学模式对提升学生创新创业素养、增强创新创业教育效能具有重要价值。职业教育“赛教+双创”融合教学模式构建的实践基础主要体现为“赛教+双创”的教学理论融合、“赛教+双创”的教学目标融合、“赛教+双创”的操作程序融合、“赛教+双创”的实现条件融合、“赛教+双创”的评价反馈融合。基于此,面向中国式现代化,应坚持以学生为本位、以教师为主导、以价值观为精神内核、以社会为核心、以国际视野为格局的设计原则,从教学活动准备阶段、教学活动实施阶段、教学活动评价阶段构建职业教育“赛教+双创”融合教学模式。在此过程中,各参与主体应构建一体化“赛教+双创”资源共享平台、建立多层次“赛教+双创”实践综合场域和打造全方位“赛教+双创”立体评价机制,以全面提升学生创新创业能力。

In the context of comprehensively promoting the strategy of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,the integrated teaching model of“competition and education+double innovation”in vocational education has important value in enhancing students’innovation and entrepreneurship literacy and enhancing the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education.The integrated teaching model of“competition and education+entrepreneurship and innovation”in vocational education mainly reflects the integration of teaching theories,teaching objectives,operational procedures,implementation conditions,and evaluation feedback of“competition and education+entrepreneurship and innovation”.Based on this,in the face of Chinese-style modernization,we should adhere to the design principles of student-centered,teacher-led,values as the spiritual core,society as the core,and international vision as the pattern,and build a vocational education“competition and education+entrepreneurship and innovation”integrated teaching model from the preparatory stage of teaching activities,the implementation stage of teaching activities,and the evaluation stage of teaching activities.In this process,all participating entities should build an integrated“competition education+entrepreneurship and innovation”resourcesharing platform,establish a multi-level“competition and education+entrepreneurship and innovation”comprehensive practice field,and create a comprehensive“competition education+entrepreneurship and innovation”three-dimensional evaluation mechanism to enhance students’innovation and entrepreneurship abilities comprehensively.
