摘要
为满足多直径耐压结构、多压力试验工况的试水要求,本文设计大型平面纵横、平面辐射和球面纵横3种结构型式的试水封头,使用通用有限元软件Abaqus作为建模与计算的工具,对上述3种结构型式的试水封头进行强度计算。通过分析试水封头结构的强度,得到试水封头结构受压力载荷后的相当应力及变形结果。结果表明,设计的试水封头结构满足要求,综合考虑计算工况、结构质量、应力分布和强度要求等因素,认为平面纵横加筋结构类型试水封头是较合理的结构方案。
In order to meet the water test requirements of multi-diameter pressure-resistant structure and multi-pressure test conditions,three structural types of large-scale planar vertical and horizontal stiffened head,planar radiation stiffened head and spherical vertical and horizontal stiffened head are designed.The general finite element software ABAQUS is used as a modeling and calculation tool to calculate the strength of the test head of the above three structural types.By analyzing the strength of the water test head structure,the equivalent stress and deformation results of the water test head structure after pressure load are obtained.The results show that the designed water test head structure meets the requirements,and compre-hensively considering the calculation conditions,structural quality,stress distribution and strength requirements,it is con-sidered that the water test head of the planar vertical and horizontal stiffened head is a more reasonable structural scheme.
