摘要
设计方法分为预估(框设)、初设、精设、微调4部分。此外,基于工作实践,提出新的设计思路与方法:估算功率曲线趋势;计算启动阻力距;计算建压转速;提出消弱单边磁拉力和消弱齿槽波纹的方法。
The design method is divided into four parts:estimation(framework design),preliminary design,fine design and fine adjustment.In addition,this paper proposes some new design ideas and methods based on the working practice such as the estimation of power curve trend,the calculation of starting resistance moment and the calculation of build-up voltage speed.This paper proposes a method to reduce the unilateral magnetic pull and weaken the tooth groove corrugation.
