电机制造企业碳核算及低碳评价方法研究与应用

Method Research and Application on Carbon Emission Accounting and Low-Carbon Assessment of Electric Motor Manufacturing Enterprises

随着双碳战略的推进实施,电机行业低碳转型已成为科学推进工业碳达峰的重要前提与保障。简要梳理了国内外双碳相关的核算理论与标准指南,基于电机行业发展现状及控排降碳需求,提出了适用于电机制造企业的碳排放核算及低碳评价方法。在此基础上结合电机行业10家不同产品类型、不同制造工序企业的试点示范应用,验证方法可行性与合理性,量化了电机行业总体碳排放水平,相关研究有助于推动行业低碳发展,助力我国双碳目标实现。

With the promotion and implementation of double carbon strategy,the low-carbon transition of electric motor industry has become an important prerequisite and guarantee to scientifically promote industrial carbon peaking.This paper briefly reviews the accounting theories and standard guides related to double carbon at home and abroad,and proposes the methods of carbon emission accounting and low-carbon assessment applied to motor manufacturing enterprises based on the development situation of current motor industry and the demands of controlling emissions and reducing carbon.On this basis,this paper verifies the feasibility and rationality of the method and quantifies the overall carbon emissions level combining with the pilot demonstration applications of ten enterprises with different product type and manufacturing processes in motor industry.The related study is helpful to promote low-carbon development in the motor industry and realize double carbon goal in our country.
