隔爆兼本安矿用电源设计研究

摘要 近年来,全国煤炭行业维持着稳定的发展步伐,煤炭需求量不断攀升。随着井下工作场所对现代化电气设备的依赖加深,对设备特别是电源的安全性能要求日益严格,这直接影响到生产效率和作业人员的安全。当前,井下普遍使用传统的线性电源,然而,这类电源存在诸如安全性能不足、防爆外壳笨重、输出电压模式固定、缺乏持续供电保障及无法实时监测本安电源外部环境等诸多问题。鉴于此,现提出了一种新型的可调数显矿用隔爆兼本质安全电源设计方案,该方案严格遵循GB3836.1—2010和GB3836.4—2010标准,能够灵活调整输出电压,范围覆盖1.25 V至12 V,具备持续供电能力,旨在通过合理设计,为电源改进提供可靠的技术支持。 In recent years,the national coal industry has maintained a stable development pace,and the demand for coal has been rising.With the dependence deepening of modern electrical equipment of underground workplace,the safety performance of the equipment,especial for the power supply,has been strictly required day by day,which directly affects the production efficiency and the safety of operators.At present,the traditional linear power supply is widely used in the underground,but it has many disadvantages such as the insufficient safety performance,the heavy explosion-proof shell,the fixed output-voltage mode,the lacking of continuous power supply guarantee and the unmonitoring of external environment of the intrinsically safe power supply in real time.In view of this,this paper proposes a design scheme of a new type of adjustable digital display mine explosion-proof and intrinsically-safe power supply,which strictly follows GB3836.1-2010 and GB3836.4-2010 standards.It can flexibly adjust the output voltage from 1.25 V to 12 V,and has continuous power supply capacity,which aims to provide reliable technical support for power supply improvement by reasonable design.
