单匝连绕框式硬线圈的制造方法研究

Research on Manufacturing Method of Single-Turn Continuously-Winded Frame-Type Hard Coils

以一种6连绕的单匝框式硬线圈为例,分析了其结构特点,提出了可行的线圈成型制造方法,且对制造方法中各工装的设计思路和使用方法进行了简要论述。此制造方法为手工成型方法,涉及的主要专用工装为绕梭模、涨形模,涨形模集涨形、斜边顶弧、引线边折弯、复型等诸多功能为一体。对此方法还进行了实践验证,以某型产品为例完成了线圈制造、线圈嵌装。事实证明此制造方法可以简便地实现线圈制作,线圈尺寸和形状符合图纸,能完美地满足线圈在下一工序中的使用。

Taking a 6-winding single-turn frame-type hard coil as an example,this paper analyzes its structural characteristics,proposes a feasible method of forming and manufacturing coils,and briefly explains the design idea and use requirement of each tool in this method.The manufacturing method is a manual forming method,of which the involved main special toolings are shuttle die and expansion die.The expansion die integrates many functions such as expansion,beveled top arc,lead bending and shape copying.This method is also verified in practice.Taking a certain type of product as an example,the manufacturing and embedding of coils are completed.The result has proved that this manufacturing method can easily realize the coils production.The size and shape of coils are in accordance with the drawing,which can perfectly meet the use requirements of the coils in next process.
