摘要
论文结合昆明保利南亚之窗大厦项目Q460GJC+Z25材质超厚异型钢柱的现场焊接实践,由于其钢柱截面尺寸大、钢板厚度大、焊接等级高,对焊接质量控制提出了较高的要求。通过事前进行焊接模拟分析、焊接工艺评定、焊工考试等优化焊接工艺,焊接过程中严格控制焊接温度、焊接摆幅和焊接速度,同时加强焊接防护和焊接变形等措施,焊接后进行消氢和保温处理,顺利完成了钢柱焊接,全部探伤合格。并总结出一套适合高烈度地区焊接施工方法。
The article is based on the site welding for over-thick steel column in the Kunming Poly headquarter project.Due to its large sectional size,ultra-thick plate and super high weld class,it puts forward higher requirements for welding quality control.Optimize the welding process through prior welding simulation analysis,welding process evaluation,welder examination.Strictly control the welding temperature,welding swing and welding speed during the welding process,and strengthen welding protection and welding deformation measures.After welding,hydrogen suppression and heat preservation treatment were carried out,and the steel column welding was successfully completed,and all flaw detection was qualified.
