某超限高层结构设计若干问题分析及对策

摘要 本文介绍了某超限高层在结构设计中遇到的若干问题及相应的解决方案,在满足建筑要求和相对经济的条件下,保证了结构的安全。通过多方案比选,确定抗侧力构件类型;对重要构件进行中震和大震下的性能设计,通过动力弹塑性分析确定结构的损伤情况,并采取相应的加强措施;针对局部复杂的建筑造型,通过单独建模分析其受力特点并确定合适的结构方案,再通过整体建模保证其与整体结构的安全;针对裙房位置有规划地铁隧道下穿,采取冲孔灌注桩及筏板转换,保证地铁及上部结构的安全。 This article introduces several problems encountered in the structural design of a high-rise building and corresponding solutions,ensuring the safety of the structure while meeting building requirements and relatively economical conditions.Determines the type of anti lateral force component through multiple scheme comparisons.Designs the performance of important components under moderate and large earthquakes,determines the damage situation of the structure through dynamic elastoplastic analysis,and takes corresponding strengthening measures;For locally complex architectural shapes,analyzes their stress characteristics through separate modeling and determines appropriate structural schemes,and then ensures their safety with the overall structure through overall modeling.Aimed at a planned subway tunnel underpass for the location of the podium,perforated cast-in-place piles and raft conversion were used to ensure the safety of the subway and upper structure.
