摘要
基于福州某桥梁桩基工程引起邻近排涝站变形的工程案例,结合设计、监测等资料对桥梁桩基施工对邻近排涝站的影响进行分析,深入剖析变形原因,并提出针对性的桩基施工工艺优化方案。通过分析可知,大直径灌注桩同时采用多台冲孔钻机施工时,应考虑其振动对周边建(构)筑物的不利影响,且应结合场地地质条件进行施工工艺调整。通过采取严格控制冲击钻机数量、冲击钻冲程合理优化、加长钢护筒、加大泥浆密度、回旋钻工艺与冲孔工艺相结合等措施后,有效减小了桩基施工对排涝站的影响,且确保了排涝站的安全性。
A case study of a bridge pile foundation project in Fuzhou that caused deformation of adjacent drainage stations was conducted.Based on design and monitoring data,the impact of bridge pile foundation construction on adjacent drainage stations was analyzed,and the causes of deformation were thoroughly analyzed.A targeted optimization plan for pile foundation construction technology was proposed.Through analysis,it can be concluded that when using multiple punching drilling machines for the construction of large-diameter cast-in-place piles,the adverse effects of their vibration on surrounding buildings should be considered,and the construction process should be adjusted according to the geological conditions of the site.By strictly controlling the number of impact drilling machines,optimizing the stroke of impact drilling,lengthening the steel casing,increasing mud density,and combining rotary drilling technology with punching technology,the impact of pile foundation construction on the drainage station has been effectively reduced,and the safety of the drainage station has been ensured.
