摘要
随着建筑行业的不断发展,高层钢结构屋面施工技术日益受到关注。本文以某高层建筑为例,着重探讨了整体拼装提升技术在高层钢结构屋面施工中的应用。该建筑楼顶钢结构用钢量大,施工中采用地面拼装整体后提升的方法,包括施工部署、桁架柱梁安装、整体提升等步骤。整体提升工艺含吊点设置、液压提升系统及同步控制系统应用等环节,提升前通过有限元分析验证结构的安全性。该技术可降低施工难度,在实际工程中应用效果良好,对类似工程具有参考价值。
With the continuous development of the construction industry,the construction technology of high-rise steel structure roofing is receiving increasing attention.Taking a certain high-rise building as an example,this paper focuses on the application of the overall assembly and lifting technology in the construction of high-rise steel structure roofing.The steel used in the roof structure of this building is large in quantity,and the method of ground assembly and overall lifting is adopted during construction,including the steps of construction deployment,installation of truss columns and beams,and overall lifting.The overall lifting process includes the setting of lifting points,the application of the hydraulic lifting system and the synchronous control system,and the finite element analysis is carried out before lifting to verify the safety of the structure.This technology can reduce the difficulty of construction,has a good application effect in actual projects,and has reference value for similar projects.
