摘要
为实现综合体建筑空调系统高效节能,本文分析了厦门某城市综合体高效制冷主机房设计情况,从中央空调制冷主机房能耗现状、工程概况、负荷模拟及计算、高效设备优化选型、水力计算及管路优化、运行策略优化等方面,对城市综合体高效节能制冷主机房进行设计优化,从而达到高效制冷主机房综合能效比值大于5.0要求。
In order to achieve efficient and energy-saving air conditioning systems in integrated buildings,this article analyzes the design of an efficient refrigeration main room in a city complex in Xiamen.From the aspects of energy consumption status,engineering overview,load simulation and calculation,efficient equipment optimization selection,hydraulic calculation and pipeline optimization,and operation strategy optimization of the central air conditioning refrigeration main room,the design of the efficient and energy-saving refrigeration main room in the city complex is optimized to achieve a comprehensive energy efficiency ratio greater than 5.0.
