摘要 本文采用计算流体动力学仿真模拟分析方法,对某地铁列车设计的原始风道模型送风均匀性进行了仿真分析研究,在模拟结果的基础上指明了风道的优化方向,制定了两版优化方案,并通过仿真模拟和实验测试对风道优化后的送风均匀性进行对比分析。仿真模拟和实验测试表明,相较于原始模型,优化后的风道模型各出风口的送风不均匀度均下降至20%以内,送风均匀性有明显改善。结果表明:对风道采取加挡板隔断,调整导流板位置,调整挡板角度等方式可以有效改善风道的送风均匀性。 In this paper,the CFD simulation analysis method is used to simulate and analyze the air supply uniformity of the original air duct model of a subway train.Based on the simulation results,the optimization direction of the air duct is pointed out,and two versions of the optimization scheme are formulated.Through simulation and experimental tests,the air supply uniformity after air duct optimization is compared and analyzed.Simulation and experimental tests show that compared with the original model,the air supply uniformity of each outlet of the optimized air duct model is reduced to less than 20%,and the air supply uniformity is obviously improved.The results show that the air supply uniformity of air duct can be effectively improved by adding baffle partition,adjusting the position of deflector,and adjusting the angle of baffle.
