摘要
在“一带一路”倡议和国际环境持续深刻变化的大背景下,国际土木工程人才培养必须持续改进,以支撑我国工程承包企业海外市场核心竞争力的提升。在当前海外工程承包市场竞争日趋激烈的大环境下,亟须开展国际土木工程课程体系的合理性研究。文章通过对海外工程项目技术与管理人员调查问卷的定量分析,构建了国际土木工程人才能力指标体系,将专业知识与能力划分为4类,包括10个一级指标和44个二级指标,每个指标按重要性分为0~3分,提出国际工程项目承包中土木工程人才必备的素质与能力。基于石家庄铁道大学涉外土木工程与中铁、中铁建“3+1”国际班人才培养积累与经验,文章提出了包含“专业基础与技能类课程、项目通识与管理类课程、中英文写作与表达类课程及团队协作与应变类课程”4大类课程的“一核多元”式国际土木工程课程体系。文章可为相关国际土木工程人才培养单位的课程设置、教学内容侧重和教学方法改革提供借鉴与参考。
Under the background of the“Belt and Road”Initiative and the continuous and profound changes in the international environment,the training of international civil engineering talents must be continuously improved to support the improvement of the core competitiveness of China’s engineering contracting enterprises in overseas markets.In the current environment of increasingly fierce competition in overseas project contracting market,it is urgent to carry out the rationality research of international civil engineering curriculum system.Based on the quantitative analysis of the questionnaire of technical and management personnel of overseas engineering projects,this paper constructed the ability index system of international civil engineering talents,divided professional knowledge and ability into 4 categories,including 10 first-level indicators and 44 second-level indicators,with each indicator being divided into 0~3 points according to importance,and put forward the necessary quality and ability of civil engineering talents in international engineering project contracting.Based on the accumulation and experience of foreign-related civil engineering in Shijiazhuang Tiedao University and the“3+1”international engineering Class of China Railway Group Limited Company and China Railway Construction Corporation Limited Company,a“one core and multiple”international civil engineering curriculum system was proposed,which includes four major courses:professional foundation and skills courses,project general education and management courses,Chinese and English writing and expression courses and team cooperation and response courses.This paper can provide reference for the curriculum setting,teaching content focus and teaching method reform of relevant international civil engineering personnel training institutions.
