摘要
贵广铁路是我国首条运营速度从250 km/h提速至300 km/h的高速铁路,具有铁路线路长、地质复杂、病害种类多且跨局运营的特点,提质改造工程面临多方面挑战。随着我国运营高铁改造线路的不断增加,现行标准存在对部分项目不适用、参考内容不够详细等问题。通过梳理贵广铁路提质改造工程概况及其动态验收特点和标准编制等,针对动态检测方案设计、实施等关键阶段,提出适用于跨局、多专业长大线路提质改造动态检测的组织机构、检测方案等;分析贵广铁路提质改造工程动态检测的主要技术难点和动态检测过程中发现的问题,提出解决措施,为今后相关高铁改造项目提供实践经验和技术指导。
Guiyang-Guangzhou Railway is the first high speed railway in China to increase its operating speed from 250 km/h to 300 km/h.It is characterized by long line length,complex geology,various kinds of diseases,and operation crossing CR regional groups,posing numerous challenges for the upgrading project.As the number of upgraded high speed railway lines in operation in China continues to grow,current standards are not suitable for some projects,and the reference content is insufficiently detailed.By examining the general conditions,dynamic acceptance characteristics,and standard formulation of the Guiyang-Guangzhou Railway upgrading project,focusing on key stages like the design and implementation of the dynamic inspection scheme,this paper proposes the organizational structure and inspection scheme suitable for the dynamic inspection of long railway line upgrading projects involving operation crossing CR regional groups and multiple disciplines.Additionally,it analyzes the main technical challenges and issues identified during dynamic inspection process of the Guiyang-Guangzhou Railway upgrading project,and puts forward solutions.These provide practical experience and technical guidance for future relevant high speed railway upgrading projects.
